Die Cast 3D Pins

Our minimum order quantity is just 30 pieces, making custom die-cast pins accessible for smaller events, teams, or organizations. This low minimum allows you to create professional 3D pins without committing to large quantities.

Die-cast pins are made by pouring molten metal into custom molds, allowing for true 3D designs with undercuts and complex shapes. Custom die-struck pins are stamped from flat metal sheets, creating raised and recessed areas while maintaining a flatter profile overall.

We offer several premium upgrades, including gem additions for sparkle and elegance, custom pin backstamps for branding or authenticity, glitter fills for eye-catching color areas, and epoxy domes that create a glossy, protective coating over specific design elements. These upgrades can be combined to create genuinely unique pins.

We offer six attachment styles to suit different needs: butterfly clutch (standard option), rubber clutch (comfortable and secure), deluxe locking clutch (military-style security), locking jewelry clutch (premium appearance), safety pin clasp (for fabric attachment), and cufflink attachment (for formal wear). Each backing type offers different levels of security and ease of use.

We offer 14 distinct finishes to complement your design: four antique finishes (brass, copper, gold, nickel) for a vintage look, classic polished options (black, brass, copper, gold, nickel, silver), and sophisticated matte finishes (copper, gold, nickel, silver). Each finish creates a different aesthetic, from elegant and modern to rustic and timeless.
