Can I see proof before I order?

We offer our customers a free proof before they decide to purchase and a hassle-free experience. Simply fill out your order details and you can select the "See Design - Pay later" option at checkout.We will send the proof once you submit the order. This will also include the proof approval link, allowing you to pay via credit card or PayPal.If you want to adjust the design, simply reply to the email proof you received. Tell us the change needed, and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.

How do you select the imprint colors?

The customer must select the imprint color carefully. You should always choose a light yet bright color that will easily display your message to the customer. Our experts also recommend color contrast to highlight the imprint even more vividly. However, you can totally go by your own judgment and choice. The company is not responsible for the customer's final decision.

When is the order expected to be delivered?

During the ordering process, the customer is supposed to select a specific delivery date. Based on that, the order will be manufactured, processed, printed and delivered to the given address. We only incorporate Business Days for production and delivery.

Which option is better- Standard production or Rush production?

By Standard production time, we mean the estimated time it will take to complete tasks based on current capacities. In other words, the product takes 10-12 Business Days to deliver. In the case of Rush production, the order is guaranteed to be processed and manufactured within the specified time you select. If the time is extended, our shipping department professionals will accelerate the process absolutely free of cost as compensation for the lost time.

What is the procedure for artwork or design submission?

We provide an online studio where you can design your artwork. Other than that, there is an option to submit your ordered or chosen artwork through a given link or option.

How do I trust the services before ordering?

Before your order is finalized, you can upload, position and check out a product preview. If you have placed an order without the design studio option, a digital proof will be sent to your email address for approval. Due to the large volume of customer requests, we have a policy of providing previews only after the order is placed.

In which format shall the artwork be submitted?

The online design studio only accepts PDF, EPS, AI, JPG, PNG and GIF formats. For better clarity, submit high-resolution artwork. However, a vector file format such as .ai or .cdr files is highly recommended if you are not using the design studio option. We also accept Photoshop PSD files.

Is copyright material allowed to be submitted?

Our professionals are not responsible for seeking permission to produce logos, trademarks, or copyrights. Under no circumstances will company officials be held responsible for copyright infringement issues by agreeing to print any design for the customer. We are a printing company and print according to the logo provided; hence, if there are any infringement issues, it is the customer's responsibility.

What are the carriers' approaches for shipping?

We use trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. For orders less than 100 quantities, we also use USPS.

What is the procedure to place a re-order?

It is very simple to place a reorder. To do that, you need to log in to the website using your credentials. Once logged in to your account, navigate to the order history tab. A history of your previous orders will be displayed in front of you. You can place a re-order by clicking on the small icon that says so.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
