We will send the proof once you submit the order. This will also include the proof approval link, allowing you to pay via credit card or PayPal.

If you want to adjust the design, simply reply to the email proof you received. Tell us the change needed, and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.

In case the time is extended, our professionals in the shipping department will accelerate the process absolutely free of cost as compensation for the time that is lost. We provide an online studio where you can design your own artwork. Other than that, there is an option to submit your ordered or chosen artwork through a given link or option.

Before your order is finalized, you can upload, position, and check out a preview of the product. In case one has placed an order without the design studio option, there is a digital proof that gets sent to your email address for approval.

Due to a large volume of requests from customers, we have a policy of providing previews only after the order is placed.

The responsibility is not vested with our professionals to seek permission to produce logos, trademarks, or copyrights. Under any circumstances, the company officials will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement issues by agreeing to print any design for the customer.

We are a printing company and print as per the logo provided, hence it is the responsibility of the customer if any infringement issues.

We ship neoprene collapsible coolers using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery. For orders with a quantity of fewer than 100 units, USPS may also be used as a cost-effective shipping option.

Re-ordering a custom neoprene can cooler is quick and easy. Simply log in to the website using your credentials and navigate to the order history tab. There, you’ll find a list of your previous orders. Select the desired quantity and click the re-order button. Your previous printing specifications will be saved, ensuring a seamless ordering process.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.

If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
